We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to join a leading manufacturing organisation in Eye, Suffolk offering a salary up to 35,000. This role offers a chance to be a vital part of a dynamic team, ensuring seamless coordination of all logistics operations.

Role responsibilities of the Logistics Administrator include:- Tracking orders throughout shipping process, updating customers on delivery status
- Coordinating with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Managing inventory levels and stock updates
- Generating reports on sales performance, delivery metrics and customer feedback
- Generating shipping labels, invoices and other necessary documentation
- Answering customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and product information via phone and email
