5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie to work at our private Member's Club, in Mayfair, London. You will be working alongside our Executive Pastry Chef, Francesco Coratella, who was recently shortlisted for Pastry Chef of the Year at the Craft Guild of Chefs Award 2025.

The Experience & Qualifications required:
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background
The responsibilities are:
- To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements
- To supervise, assist and co-ordinate all preparation/presentation
- To assist in overseeing the smooth running of the day to day operations in the pastry kitchen
Working hours: Shifts are between Monday-Saturday. The Club is closed on Sundays, Bank holidays and throughout Christmas each year!
