Japanese Manufacturing Company is seeking an Assembly Operator.
Location: Cambridgeshire
Type: Permanent
Main Purpose of the job:
- Electro-mechanical assembly
- Final quality inspection
- Accurate recording of data
- Operating test systems
- Quality Control as directed
- Pick and packing of goods
Key Relationships:
- Responsible to: Production Supervisor
- Liaison With: Production Team
Key skills/experience required:
- Good hand soldering skills are desirable; however, training will be given
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow assembly drawings and procedures is desirable; however, full training will be given
- Flexible work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail, with a desire to maintain and improve quality standards
- Basic PC literacy (training will be given)
Periodically, the job is physical and involves repetitive lifting. This is an essential part of the role.
