Marlowe Fire & Security are the fastest growing fire & security business in the UK. From initial design, supply and installation, through to ongoing maintenance and monitoring, we maintain the capability to help prevent, detect and monitor Fire and Security risks for our customers up and down the country. We are currently looking to appoint a new Scheduler specifically covering our Passive Fire & Mechanical divisions located in Risley.
Basic Salary: Up to Β£28,000 per annum subject to experience

The role involves:
- Efficiently and profitably scheduling and dispatching Service & Maintenance Engineers to complete corrective and preventative maintenance visits in line with customer requirements and industry standards.
- Proactively monitoring engineers' activity to ensure early dispatch & attendance of first job and monitoring throughout the day to ensure job completion.
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with Engineers, Stores/Supply Chain Department & Regional Service Manager (RSM).
- Liaising with key clients over the phone to enhance both internal & external working relationships.
- Completing the Regional Schedulers checklist on a daily, weekly & monthly basis maintaining an audit trail of this activity.
- Monitoring Scheduling Portal (Cash4Windows) to ensure real-time visibility of engineers.
- Retrieving all phone and email messages and processing accordingly within Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time to allow invoice creation.
Requirements:
- At least 2 yearsβ experience in a Scheduling / Planning / Coordinating role.
- Experience of Scheduling Field based colleagues, such as Engineers would be ideal.
- Familiarity with using in-house and external systems and databases β Cash4Windows (C4W) would be a significant advantage, but not mandatory.
- Proactive approach to management of workload.
- Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers.
