We have exciting long-term roles available in secondary schools across Leicester starting in September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your teaching career in dynamic schools that will support you through your induction year and beyond.
We are seeking dedicated NQTs who are ready to teach KS3 and KS4 students and make a positive impact in the classroom. Whether you are a subject specialist or have a more general background, we encourage applications from candidates enthusiastic about developing their skills and growing as professionals.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative and supportive school environment and be committed to helping students build confidence and achieve their best in lessons. We have an exclusive agreement with the Lionheart Academies Trust, among many other Leicestershire-based schools, which have a high demand for day-to-day teachers on a regular basis.
To be considered for this position, Aspire People requires the following:
- UK QTS
- Relevant teaching experience across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is beneficial)
- An enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to working as part of a team
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that challenge and inspire students
