Salary: Circa 55k per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus, Benefits & travel

An Opportunity to become an Operations Manager in an exciting premium quick service concept that currently operates around 25 sites and will expand at pace over the next couple of years. This group currently operate one of the coolest premium QSR / Cafe brands in London.

The right Operations Manager will get to work closely with the founder and Managing Director to shape the direction of this exciting Quick Service premium Concept.

• Previous Operations Manager or multi site experience
• Worked in a similar Quick Service Restaurant or premium coffee or Bakery Group.
• Ideally have openings experience.
• Worked within the constraints of a brand.
• Fully Financially Accountable.
• Good Knowledge of HR and Health and Safety
• Passion and Drive to achieve great results through your incredible teams.
