About The Role

You should be willing to be flexible in your approach and have a specialism in carpentry, bricklaying, or plastering. Works will include concrete repairs, paving, painting, replacing doors, roofing, and windows.

About You

You’re a hard worker, keen to be part of a strong team, with great customer service skills. You should be able to communicate respectfully with clients and the public when necessary.

The ideal candidate must have 5 years’ experience in multi-trades work (rail experience preferred), hold a full UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points.

Requirements

• Good attitude & strong work ethic (essential)
• A good knowledge of Health and Safety (desirable)
• Ability to communicate well with management and staff (essential)
• Willingness to uphold company standards for quality, craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency (essential)
• Delivers works of a high standard
• Full UK driving license with no more than 3 penalty points (essential)
• Familiarity with railway infrastructure (desirable)

Work Schedule

Primarily nights (Sunday – Thursday, 10pm – 6am), with the possibility of day shifts when projects demand.
