We have an exceptional opportunity to join our People & Culture Team at The Lanesborough. Awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, this grand luxury mansion has undergone an inspired renovation by the famed interior designer Alberto Pinto.

As People & Culture Coordinator, you are the first point of contact for our employees for general enquiries. You will coordinate all aspects of the administrative side of the recruitment and selection end-to-end process, liaising with managers as appropriate. You will maintain accurate, confidential and compliant administrative systems and procedures to support the operation and effective management of the human resources function. This role is a great opportunity for a junior HR professional to grow within an experienced People & Culture team exploring all aspects of the HR operations.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role (i.e. as HR Assistant) within hospitality would be preferred.
  • Excellent command of the English language is essential.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are essential.
  • Technical knowledge of all Microsoft systems (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Ability to work on own initiative, manage and prioritise own workload day-to-day effectively is essential.
