Participate in recruitment and training of store staff. Provide feedback and motivate team members. Manage employee schedules to ensure smooth operation. Handle inventory management, including ordering and stocking. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment. Oversee financial aspects and reporting. Step in for the Store Manager as needed to ensure operations run smoothly. Perform other duties as assigned.
