About the Role
As a Factory Operations Manager, you'll take full ownership of the shift operations across a rotational shift pattern. Leading a team of 4 Factory Line Managers and overseeing up to 400 colleagues, you'll be instrumental in driving performance, team engagement, and ongoing cultural change.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive daily production targets while ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence
- Manage performance, resource planning, shift reporting, and employee relations issues
- Maintain cross-functional collaboration with technical, quality, engineering, and despatch teams
- Play a key role in site-wide change management and cultural transformation initiatives
