An exciting opportunity for a proven leader who would have a passion to ‘equip communities of disciples who make new disciples’ in and around the town of Rugby.
Bilton Evangelical Church (BEC) is an intergenerational and multi-cultural community of faith located in the rapidly growing town of Rugby, in the heart of England. Embracing Scripture as its authority and pursuing increasing openness to the Holy Spirit in its spirituality, BEC has a vision for ‘Seeing transformation in Rugby and beyond, as everyone follows Jesus.’
Leading our staff team, you will play a pivotal role in casting this vision and shaping a culture of missional discipleship; and so, with the Church Leaders, guide the church on a journey to see many missional communities established, with all the twists and turns that are likely to happen along the way!
