As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the UK marketing team, providing essential support to three directors. Your organizational skills and proactive approach will be crucial in managing calendars, processing expenses, and coordinating travel arrangements. This is a 6 months, hybrid contract, offering up to £60k per annum, pro rata (PAYE).
Responsibilities- Manage and maintain complex calendars for three directors, ensuring effective scheduling and coordination of meetings.
- Process expense reports accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Provide general administrative support, such as managing correspondence, preparing presentations, and handling logistics for team events.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications.
