What you’ll do

  • Unbox, install, and connect desktop hardware and peripherals at customer sites.
  • Perform basic power-on self-tests and initiate automated builds or scripted configurations (as defined by the team).
  • Connect network cables from desktop clients to network points.
  • Support desktop moves, peripheral maintenance, and helpdesk call logging.
  • Maintain accurate records using systems such as ServiceNow.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
