As a Transport Coordinatoryou\’ll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.
Our operation in Lenziemill, Cumbernauld are looking for candidates who can commit to a 5 from 7 shift pattern, working 37.5 hours per week. We have a day shift (06:00-14:00) and a night shift (22:00-06:00) vacancy,

What will you do & what will you need
As part of your role you will brief and debrief Drivers,being the first point of contact for all drivers and ensuring all queries are fed back to. Be accountable for Legal o-license compliance and for Operational excellence ie cost and service including Peak planning/delivery. Provide the highest level of customer care and finding resolutions/ escalation of live issues. The monitoring of all routes ensuring all routes are running on time and escalating to the Team Manager on shift where appropriate. Effective time management to ensure the job is completed within the set time frame provided usingKronos exceptions & Schedules.Conduct Daily administration tasks in relation to payroll systems, payroll queries holidays etc.
Ideally, you will have experience of administration in a busy transport environment, bePC literate with word and excel experience and have great attention to detail.

The site was opened in 1971 to exclusively service the Marks & Spencer (M&S) Food contract. Various extensions have been added to the original building to enhance capacity and support our network growth. We currently have 493 colleagues at site. We provide free parking and there is public transport within a 10-minute walk from site.
