We are looking for a dedicated Patient Services Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, expert, and seamless care throughout their fertility journey. As part of a collaborative environment, you will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values of compassion, collaboration, and expertise. You must have experience in a patient-facing or customer service role, ideally within a healthcare setting. It is essential that you have strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of compassion in every interaction, as well as the ability to provide a service rooted in expertise and attention to detail with a strong focus on patient experience and satisfaction. Location: You will be based at Care Fertility Leeds, Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6UH. You will work between 8 – 6pm, Monday to Friday (we do some weekend working on a rota basis).
