At QB, the Execution Desk is revered as a \”white glove\” support team that is able to resolve real-time issues in an urgent fashion, understand and relay market conditions on the fly, and have a deep understanding of our algorithmic suite. Desk members need to be multifaceted individuals who can switch from partnering with tech to test a new algo enhancement, discussing the differences between each of our offered algos to a client, to working with an FCM to reconcile a client\’s trade, all at a drop of a dime.
