Pay Rate: GBP14 – GBP18 (based on experience)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 07 00
• Friday: 07 00

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Bench Joiner to join our team in Desford. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable individual to produce high-quality bespoke joinery items for commercial interiors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture and assemble custom joinery components to a high standard
• Work with a variety of materials including veneer, laminate, and solid timber
• Produce items such as tea points, reception desks, timber feature walls, and ceiling rafts
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately
• Maintain a high level of workmanship and attention to detail at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial joinery
• Excellent craftsmanship and finishing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of different timber materials and joinery techniques
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
