Our clients are experiencing a period of sustained and high-rate growth, we are seeking multiple Mechanical and Electro Mechanical Assemblers and Development Engineers to join Herefordshire teams on a full time, permanent basis. We have multiple integral roles within design and assembly teams, contributing to the production of technically advanced products. The successful candidate will be technically proficient with a background in either an electrical or mechanical discipline. This is a high growth industry with plans for further development and progression!

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for building sub-assemblies, power amplifiers, and full electromechanical systems based on build documentation and drawings
- Ensure all customer requirements are met and company high standards are upheld
- Working to time constraints
- Record and maintain records, both electronically and on hard copy, of work completed
- Support and assist prototype assembly, testing, and validation to meet project requirements
- Work closely and collaboratively to troubleshoot and refine mechanical designs
- Provide input on manufacturing processes, material selection, and tolerances
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications
- Support electrical hardware integration, including basic wiring and component assembly (desirable)
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in electromechanical and Mechanical manufacturing
- High level of manual dexterity for intricate assembly tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks
- Proficient in soldering techniques to ensure product integrity (preferable 610 & 620) - candidates with demonstrable assembly experience in a similar role may be considered
- Able to interpret and work with engineering drawings effectively
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing and re-work desirable
- Computer literate
- Applications will be subject to security clearance
- Driving License due to rural locations
