We’re looking for a Content Creator to join our team. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work across a diverse range of clients in three specialist sectors: sport, lifestyle and consumer tech. The role: We’re seeking a Content Creator who thrives on staying ahead of digital trends and knows how to create content that captivates. You will be responsible for producing impactful short-form videos and post copy across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms. As a versatile creative communicator, you’ll craft content that resonates with diverse audiences and aligns with our clients’ goals. At Alter Agency, you’ll help us tell powerful brand stories using engaging, social-first content that hooks viewers through visual and copy-based storytelling. What we’re looking for: Proven experience creating and managing social media content, especially UGC. Someone who can demonstrate their knowledge and passion for brand campaigns on TikTok. Strong video editing skills and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Da Vinci Resolve, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro. A creative self-starter, able to come up with fresh ideas and execute them rapidly. A deep understanding of social media culture, including trends, digital slang, and platform nuances. Camera confidence – whether in front of or behind the camera, you bring the energy and personality that makes content stand out.
