Randstad is currently looking for a committed and enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to join our partner schools in Corby and the surrounding villages. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in supporting students' academic, social, and emotional growth, working closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:- Supporting the teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment
- Providing one-to-one support to students, addressing their individual learning needs
- Assisting with small group activities, ensuring students are engaged and participating
- Supporting students with their social and emotional development
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is essential
