Full time position with good rate of pay based on experience.

Are you an experienced Fitter with a background in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical products to a high standard? If so you could be the person our client is looking for.

Specific Duties:
  • Pre-assembly preparation of mechanical and fabricated assemblies e.g. de-burring, counter sinking and tapping etc.
  • Wiring of low voltage panels
  • Preparation of sub-assemblies
  • Assembly of finished product, on time and to the required standard
  • Testing of electro-mechanical products to a high standard
Skills & Attributes:
  • Practical knowledge and experience of engineering practices, e.g. drilling and tapping
  • Ability to read manufacturing / technical drawings
  • Demonstrate a high level of consistency
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work on own initiative

It is desirable that you have your own tools and safety footwear.
