Are you an experienced Fitter with a background in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical products to a high standard? If so you could be the person our client is looking for.
Specific Duties:- Pre-assembly preparation of mechanical and fabricated assemblies e.g. de-burring, counter sinking and tapping etc.
- Wiring of low voltage panels
- Preparation of sub-assemblies
- Assembly of finished product, on time and to the required standard
- Testing of electro-mechanical products to a high standard
- Practical knowledge and experience of engineering practices, e.g. drilling and tapping
- Ability to read manufacturing / technical drawings
- Demonstrate a high level of consistency
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work on own initiative
It is desirable that you have your own tools and safety footwear.
