Assembly Operatives

Immediate opportunities available for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a successful manufacturing business in the Spalding area.

About the Role:

You will be working on the pre-assembly line, using nail and staple guns to assemble parts and carrying out manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Hours of Work:

• Monday Thursday: 07 30

• Friday: 07 30
  Enjoy an early finish every Friday!

Key Details:

• Temporary contract with the opportunity to go permanent after 12 weeks (subject to performance)

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous production or assembly experience is helpful but not essential

• Must be comfortable with physical tasks and repetitive work

• Good timekeeping and reliability are essential
