RUSH Hair & Beauty is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our dynamic team in Manchester. As a Salon Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our salon and ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

We are looking for a Stylist Manager, who will run their own column alongside the salon.
Responsibilities:- Manage and lead a team of hair stylists, receptionists, and other salon staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all clients.
- Monitor and achieve salon targets and budgets.
- Create staff schedules.
- Recruit, train, and develop salon staff with the support of the head office team.
- Maintain an organized and clean salon environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues with the support of our Customer Success Manager.
- Previous experience as a salon manager or in a similar leadership role within the hair and beauty industry.
- Be a qualified & experienced Hairdresser.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
- Knowledge of salon operational procedures and best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry.
- Must be a team player and have a positive and professional attitude.
Up to £45k/year OTE (unlimited commission for Stylist Managers, incentives & bonuses).
