Student Placement - Scientist, Immunoassay (Fordham)

Responsibilities

1. ELISA, Mesoscale discovery (MSD), Gyrolab, Ella and Quanterix
2. Pharmacokinetic analysis of large molecule therapeutics
3. Immunogenicity (ADA) testing
4. Biomarker quantification
5. Flow cytometry & Cell-based assays
6. Characterisation and labelling of antibody reagents
7. Automation of assays and integration into LIMS

Skills, Education & Qualifications

1. Studying towards a Degree in Biological Science or related subject
2. Highly motivated and enthusiastic
3. Familiarity with analytical method development/validation advantageous
4. Good written and verbal communication skills
5. Computer literate
6. Ability to work with minimum supervision and as part of a team
7. Conscientious and meticulous in laboratory work
8. Excellent time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
9. Willing to get involved with new ideas and initiatives
