This vibrant and friendly property team is looking for a Property Assistant to undertake property viewings and team admin. You will be part of a successful property management team, responsible for property viewings and admin.
Three days a week, you will be out visiting properties, attending viewings, and meeting prospective tenants. Back at the office, you’ll support the team with property admin, marketing, and system updates.
We are looking for an organized individual who knows the local area well, with good time management skills to ensure punctuality for appointments. You should enjoy dealing with people and have a strong background in customer service.
You will be responsible for property viewings in Cambridge, Newmarket, and surrounding towns and villages, three days a week. The remaining days will be spent in the office supporting Property Managers.
