Must secure appropriate RI mandated gaming licenses
Essential Job Functions:
- Maintain knowledge of the Company\’s facilities and special events, and advise customers accordingly
- Greet customers on the casino floor, establish rapport, and provide complimentary amenities based on casino guidelines
- Promote the Players Club by explaining the program, issuing membership cards, and demonstrating usage
- Resolve guest complaints, referring to supervisors when necessary
- Assist guests with reservations for restaurants and entertainment venues
- Participate in departmental meetings to manage information effectively
- Prepare correspondence, memos, forms, reports, and other paperwork as needed
- Participate actively in special events
- Observe customer milestones by preparing and mailing cards, newsletters, and notes
- Record new customer information and updates in the database
- Assist Slots Department with jackpots by providing photographic services and amenities
- Compile customer feedback and report findings to management
- Maintain consistent attendance
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Player Development
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Use physical movements for office duties: standing, walking, balancing, coordination, handling, sitting, reaching, carrying, vision, hearing, stooping, twisting
- Follow directions, read, write, do math, discriminate colors, work at various tempos, make decisions, concentrate, remember details, use ten key and computer
- Maintain mental alertness for high accuracy
Working Conditions:
- Primarily indoors in a climate-controlled environment
- Exposed to noise, smoke, and odors
- Work with others and independently
