The Opportunity
Great opportunity for an experienced coach to join the team here in Cobham to ensure the Regional Integration Coaching programme is delivered effectively, to help recruit the best talents in London & South East (U9s-U14s) for Chelsea Football Club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach U9 – U14 players within the recruitment department’s Integration programme.
- Attend all in-service training.
- Demonstrate individual personality and style as a coach, working within the club’s framework and approach.
- Ensure regular communications with your Head Coach.
What you will bring to the role:
- FA Level 2 Football Qualification
- To be qualified in Emergency aid / First Aid at Work and Safeguarding Valid DBS.
- Knowledge of current methods in coaching
- Evidence of the ability to plan coaching sessions
- 3 years’ experience of coaching players from the Under 9 to Under 14 age groups.
- Valid driving licence.
