Role Overview: The Partnerships & Programmes Manager will play a pivotal role in building on a practice within the Cloud team, focused on deepening and expanding vendor relationships and programme engagement. This individual will own strategic relationships with key vendors - particularly Microsoft - ensuring alignment through regular communications, business reviews, and collaborative events. A core responsibility includes enabling sales and partner teams to effectively leverage vendor incentives and programmes, while also driving adoption of internal initiatives such as the Cloud Amplification Programme (CAP). This role demands a blend of operational excellence and creative thinking to shape a scalable vendor engagement model. As the business grows, the position offers a clear pathway to leadership, making it ideal for someone with aspirations to evolve into a people management role. The successful candidate will bring a strong understanding of the vendor ecosystem, a track record of relationship management, and the initiative to help define and execute strategic direction in collaboration with the Cloud Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of the relationship with key vendors by communicating with them regularly including regular updates, MBR/QBR's and events.
- Enabling Sales/Partner teams around vendor incentives and programmes by developing a deep understanding of how to position them as well as the operational steps required to execute against them.
- Owning the adoption of internal programmes such as the Cloud Amplification Programme.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Work with Marketing to create webinars which meet the needs of our Channel Partners to enable them and drive additional revenue.
- Assist the Cloud Director with defining the strategy for the business to align with the goals of Arrow, our vendors and our Channel Partners.
- Additional activities and initiatives as the business requires.

Essential Experience:
- Experience of working directly with vendors (Microsoft) and a deep understanding of their ecosystem and how they operate.
- Proven track record in relationship management within the IT industry, particularly with vendors and partners.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud solutions/services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Experience of creating new processes and initiatives to help the business to grow and achieve our objectives.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with vendor programs and the ability to leverage them to drive business growth.
- Familiarity of vendor incentives and how to maximise profitability by leveraging the incentives on offer through a targeted go-to-market strategy which aligns these points.
- Understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape in the cloud computing market.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
