Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey into the world of IT support? Munio is seeking an enthusiastic and tech-savvy individual to join their team as an IT Support Apprentice. This is an incredible opportunity to kickstart your career in IT, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside industry professionals who are passionate about what they do.
Munio is a multi-award winning, Microsoft Partner, certified to ISO 27001, fortified IT Support and Cyber Security MSP. For over 16 years, they have been supporting Kent's leading companies, delivering fanatical IT support and cyber security services across a variety of industry sectors.
As an IT Support Apprentice, you will be an essential part of the team, responsible for:
- Assisting clients using the very latest tools.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance of systems and cloud applications.
- Monitoring and reporting on client data backups.
- Installation of client laptops / PCs and devices with latest Microsoft Operating Systems.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting a wide variety of Windows OS and client software applications.
- Networking and Infrastructure support β Firewall, Switches, Routers β Configuration and Maintenance.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
- A keen interest in Information Technology, IT networks (including hardware and configuration), Office 365, Windows applications and tools, peripheral hardware.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal at all organisational levels.
- Experience of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows environments.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and meet all the required deadlines and expectations.
- Ability to βthink on your feetβ and react positively to given situations.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Grade 4 in Maths and 5 in English.
