As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you\βll generate and book valuations, and may be required to carry out the occasional market appraisal/valuation which will hopefully lead to instructed properties. You will also be conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.
What We\βre Looking For
- Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
- Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
- Exceptional customer care/service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must hold a Full UK driving license.
