This is an excellent opportunity for a senior commercial lawyer to take on a strategic, visible, and influential role within a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.

Join a fast-paced, global leader in mobile gaming as Senior Commercial Counsel, where you’ll play a key role advising on strategic initiatives and managing a high-performing legal team.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and manage the commercial legal function (team of 4)
Draft & negotiate a range of agreements: publishing, IP, marketing, advertising, and more
Advise on commercial, regulatory, IP, and corporate matters
Support global teams across HR, finance, community, and customer support
Contribute to internal legal tools, templates, and compliance initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years' PQE
Strong commercial contracts background — ideally in games, tech, or media
IP and licensing experience desirable
Proven leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Organised, agile, and commercially minded
