My client is a world-leading independent production and distribution group that produces some of the most popular TV programmes in the world. They are looking for an IT Technician who will support 30 internal companies with approx. 1,800 users with general setup and daily 1st line support. You will operate in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with a team of 8 Technicians, Engineers and Service Delivery and learn new tech and systems as you gain invaluable experience to grow within your career and the company.
You need to bring your personality with excellent customer service skills to take ownership of any Tech support issues. You will be working for a fun organisation with a diversity-focused and dress-down culture, based in their Childwall offices in Liverpool. This is an on-site role, with the successful candidate expected to be in the office five days a week initially. As you progress in the role, you'll have the opportunity to work from home one day a week. Once you're fully up to speed with the ecosystem and have built trust with the team, the arrangement will shift to three days in the office and two from home.
