The role: As our passenger numbers grow, we are seeking experienced Drivers to join our Meet & Greet team. You will help manage up to 4,000 customer cars daily. This fast-paced role involves:
- Moving and parking various vehicles
- Checking and recording any damage
- Greeting customers, verifying bookings, providing assistance, and directing parking
- You may also cover host/reception duties as needed, ensuring customer records are accurate and keys and vehicles are stored securely.
What will make you successful in the role? You should be a careful, experienced driver with a UK manual driving license held for at least 2 years, with no more than 3 penalty points. Additionally, you will:
- Possess excellent computer, clerical, and organizational skills, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Be flexible and effective in all weather conditions on a rotating shift basis
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Be comfortable driving both manual and automatic vehicles
- Understand the importance of caring for customer vehicles and providing first-class service
The working hours: We offer a permanent annualised hours contract, meaning you are paid for 30 hours weekly. During peak times, additional hours may be required; at times, you may work fewer than 30 hours. Your salary remains consistent at 30 hours per week, averaged over the year. The shift pattern is 5 days on, 3 days off, starting as early as 3am. Flexibility is essential.
