About the Role
As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will lead engaging and effective classes in a fun, motivating environment. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading a variety of fitness classes such as Strength Training, Muscle Conditioning, Cardio HIIT, Barre, Pilates, Aqua Exercise, and more.
- Educating members on proper form, technique, and modifications to ensure safety and success.
- Inspiring participants through enthusiastic instruction and active demonstrations.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages member retention and engagement.
As a Personal Trainer, you will:
- Design personalized training programs to meet individual fitness goals.
- Provide expert guidance on exercise techniques, injury prevention, and overall wellness.
