Your Impact This position requires a Customer Delivery Consulting Architect to support DoD owned networks with innovative Cisco solutions in Enterprise Networking, Automation, Core Routing/Switching, and Wireless. We are \βCisco\βs Face to the Customer,\β working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a critical contributor to the Cisco/Client team. Customer Delivery Architects align and drive focused work with customers\β business strategies and objectives. Apply to join our Department of the Air Force team! Minimum Qualifications: * Current TS/SCI Security Clearance. * Proven ability and deep understanding of Cisco enterprise networking to include: Routing and Switching, Security and Collaboration. * Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCIE), multiple Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) or relevant skills (Security). * 2+ years of large-enterprise architecture consulting experience as an architect or tech leader; large scale enterprise design and deployment experience. * Ability to travel to customer sites CONUS up to 30%. Preferred Qualifications: * Deep understanding of Enterprise Networks, Unified Communications, and Security technologies. * Experience with software programmability, automation, orchestration and/or virtualization. * 10+ years with the Department of Air Force IT and/or cyber solutions * The ability to demonstrate, lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of network issues. * Ability to provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners. * Leverage good communication, consulting and customer rapport skills to build relationships. * Be experienced with Data Center, Collaboration, Security or Enterprise Technologies (SDWAN, DNAC, SDA). #WeAreCisco #WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.
