We are hiring for 3rd Shift Production Assemblers at our facility located at 45 Sutton Road, Verona, VA 24482. The shift schedule is Sunday to Friday, 10 pm to 6 am, with a starting pay of $22.50 per hour. Performance evaluations occur at 90 days and 6 months, with potential pay increases based on performance. Responsibilities Assist in all facets of assembly and manufacturing of HVAC heat exchangers. Read and interpret mechanical prints, schematics, bills of materials, and work instructions. Operate tools and equipment for assembly, painting, brazing, testing, and handling components. Use measuring devices and visual inspection to ensure quality and conformity. Maintain necessary records. Qualifications 2+ years of industrial experience preferred. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Power industrial truck license required. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various positions. Ability to wear PPE and work in an industrial environment with exposure to various elements. Good vision, hand-eye coordination, mechanical knowledge, and ability to understand instructions.
