Job Description
As Chassis Design Engineer your main responsibilities are:
- Extensive experience with CATIA V5 in both 3D and 2D environments.
- Familiarity with 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) or similar systems is advantageous but not essential.
- Competent in conducting DVP package checks and producing detailed reports.
- Proficient in creating 2D drawings, with a solid understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Proven experience in designing and packaging chassis system components.
- Skilled in communicating design requirements effectively with suppliers and cross-functional chassis teams.
- Confident in representing the chassis team during package meetings.
- Experience in kinematics is a plus.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible and adaptable to take on additional tasks in a small, dynamic team environment.
