I’m currently working with a brilliant consultancy that’s growing fast and looking to bring on an experienced Salesforce Implementation Consultant to help deliver top-tier solutions for their clients. This is a fully remote role, but ideally, you’d be based near London for the occasional in-person workshop or meeting.
What’s the role about?
You’ll be leading Salesforce projects from the ground up — from understanding the client’s needs, designing solutions, configuring the platform, all the way through to go-live and support. You’ll have a real say in shaping how things are done, working closely with a friendly, collaborative team that values quality over quantity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Running end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
- Working closely with clients to understand their challenges and goals
- Configuring and customising Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Offering best practice advice and helping clients get the most out of the platform
- Supporting users post-implementation and providing training where needed
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering Salesforce projects (ideally in a consulting or client-facing role)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce products and functionality
- Salesforce certifications would be great, but not essential
- Someone proactive, personable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
The offer:
- £65,000 - £80,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme
- Hybrid - London
- A down-to-earth, supportive team environment
- Plenty of opportunities to grow, train, and develop
If this sounds like your kind of role, I’d love to have a chat. Drop me a message or apply directly and I’ll be in touch.
