We are ISO 9001:2008 certified and an MRS Company Partner. Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our London operations team and seeking a Vendor Manager. The successful candidate will support resource management across our offices, working independently and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business goals. This role is ideal for someone with experience in translation vendor management or the industry, looking to advance their career. Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the recruitment cycle of freelance applications, including testing and reference checks Negotiating rates with vendors and updating our database Collaborating with Project Management and Operations teams to meet recruitment needs Monitoring vendor performance and providing feedback Identifying resource gaps and recruiting subject-specialists Supporting account reviews to ensure resource availability and retention Preparing KPI reports for senior management Guiding and supporting interns Requirements: University degree in translation, languages, or related field Native-level English and fluency in another language preferred At least 1 year of recruitment or relevant experience in the translation industry Strong communication and negotiation skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Ability to build professional relationships Attention to detail and quality focus Good IT literacy and commercial awareness Benefits: We offer a competitive salary starting from £23,000/year (depending on experience), plus bonuses, 4 weeks paid holiday, pension participation, and internal training and mentoring schemes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
