I have partnered with a leading Real Estate Consultancy to grow their current Property Management team.
They currently have 4 offices, spread across central London, west midlands and Manchester.
My client is looking to hire a Senior Surveyor offering the opportunity to manage a diverse commercial portfolio including office of up to 80,000 sq, some industrial and retail, including shopping centres and parades. They work with a range of clients predominantly being Funds & Prop-Co’s.
This role will be specifically working out of the Central London office & the portfolio is local to this area.
The role will be reporting into the Associate director. My client has grown their property management team from 2 surveyors to 6 in the space of 3 years in correlation with their drive to widen the portfolio.
This is an appropriate position for a surveyor looking for a more Senior position or Senior Surveyor looking to work in a dynamic team with a growth mindset.
They are looking to pay up to £60,000, The role will have 30 holiday days, private health care is covered there is a discretionary bonus of up to 25% that will be provided.
