A global organisation is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join its strategic investments team. This role focuses on supporting joint ventures and complex commercial arrangements across multiple international markets.
You’ll provide expert legal advice on high-value transactions, manage post-deal implementation, and partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive value and ensure compliance. You will work on in-life complex contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise on corporate structuring, transactions, and strategic programmes
- Support governance and commercial contract management
