Job Description

JamPot Productions is hiring a full time Assistant Producer to join their team, working

across all current productions including NearlyParents, Great Company and Wednesdays.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supporting producers with end-to-end production, including:

Uploading episodes to Acast & YouTube
Writing guest briefs and episode descriptions
Suggesting conversation topics & researching guests and news
Liaising with guests to give them the best in-studio experience
Monitoring inboxes and selecting listeners messages
Supporting on writing ads and sponsorship scripts
Timecoding during recordings
Sourcing props as needed for recordings

Working with team on development of new shows

Helping Studio Manager with studio upkeep

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role ideally in a comedy or entertainment environment
Experience working with talent
Excellent organisational skills
Editing experience desired but not required (both audio and video desirable)
Good knowledge of podcasts, particularly entertainment and comedy
