A one-year full-time position to work with CPE and DCBS technical teams to resolve early system challenges, improve data accuracy, and support automated reporting features.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with IT teams at both CPE and DCBS to understand system needs, identify issues, and provide solutions.
- Identify and troubleshoot initial system issues, provide technical support, and track issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance data quality and prevent future discrepancies.
- Work on automating reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate data generation for various stakeholders.
- Create clear documentation for system use, including troubleshooting guides, best practices for data entry, and reporting procedures, and conduct training to ensure non-technical staff can use systems.

- Bachelor's degree and three years of experience required.
- Experience with learning management systems, system integration, data management, troubleshooting, and data reporting.
