The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
We are currently looking for an HR Interim with significant ER case work experience for this short term role, c. 4 months, based in the London/SE region.
You\’ll be able to demonstrate extensive ER case management experience, skilled in resolving complex employee relations cases, within a unionised environment. You will need to travel regularly to locations within the London and SE region to conducting these processes in person where possible.
This role requires strong technical expertise, but also a high level of interpersonal skills to manage sensitive ER cases effectively, sensitively, and coaching managers through the required HR processes. You\’ll also have experience of change and transformation, able to work with high degree of independence, but proactively communicating with key stakeholders and colleagues.
This is an urgent role requiring the ability to start immediately or within a weeks notice, and needing to be based in the London/surrounding area.
Experience of working within the public service on non profit sector is advantageous, but also open to those from the commercial sector who\’ll bring significant unionised background too.
