Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join Tricuro and play a key role in shaping our People Strategy. As a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders, you’ll collaborate closely with teams to enhance performance, engagement, and workforce planning – ensuring our HR initiatives align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, policy compliance and organisational development.
- Drive a high-performance culture that supports business success.
- Partner with managers to align people strategy with organisational objectives.
Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience required.
- Proven HRBP experience within a complex or multi-site organisation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to HR challenges.
