HAIL Partners is working with a boutique Venture Capital firm looking for an Investor Relations Assistant in London. The successful candidate will be joining the team to support the Partner of Investor Relations across diary management, global travel and investor meeting scheduling as well as some office support / team assistant tasks. The Job: Diary scheduling and prioritising for investor meetings and supporting follow-up actions. Ensuring the CRM is kept live and up to date. Global, multi-stop travel arrangements (including roadshows) across different time zones. Support in planning investor events. Managing the expenses. Organisation of staff events (dinners, drinks, trips etc). Maintain and manage the office space, setting up meeting rooms. Any other ad-hoc IR projects. Experience required: Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant within VC / PE including diary management, global travel and expenses. A ‘can do’ and flexible attitude. Willing to get stuck in and go the extra mile. Strong personality, combined with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively. This is an office based position in Soho offering a competitive salary and benefits.
