Conduct training in emergency response, hazardous material handling, industrial hygiene and life safety. What is your day to day? Manage EH&S programs. Responsible for appropriate Injury and Illness Reporting and OSHA Recordkeeping. Create, develop and implement EH&S policies, practices and programs at site level. Assure achievement of high EH&S standards in the prevention of accidents, incidents and events that could harm employees and/or property of client. Manage EH&S components of the JLL Engineering Services Compliance Program. Achieve program compliance or develop an appropriate plan and timeline to achieve compliance within program guidelines. Oversee JLL contractor and subcontractor safety programs. Promote Safety-First mantra in all job activities. Act as resident expert for EHS/DOT/Fire Prevention and Protection, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental issues. Provide government compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Drive Safety Audits and Safety Training at all locations and follow up with Operations Managers to ensure thoroughness and effectiveness of programs. Professionally represent the company in all dealings with client EH&S staff, suppliers, and contractors. Responsible for recommending corrective action where environment health and safety hazards exist. Comply with all accounting purchasing policies and procedures. Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis required to manage the business. Required Desired experience and technical skills Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Technical Scientific or Engineering or equivalent. 8+ years of experience developing, implementing and managing EH&S programs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to deliver results in challenging environments. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of and commitment to client service.
