With three properties in our portfolio already, plus two newly acquired buildings requiring redevelopment, this is a unique opportunity to create best-in-class assets and help scale our portfolio.

The Role
We’re looking for a Development Director to lead all aspects of our development activity. You’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle – from feasibility and planning through to delivery – working directly with the fund partners. • Manage the full development lifecycle – planning, design, delivery, and handover
  • Appoint and oversee consultants, contractors, and design teams
  • Prepare appraisals, budgets, and board reports
  • Navigate planning processes and negotiate S106/community agreements
  • Report directly to the fund partners and liaise with investors and local authorities

About You

  • Proven track record leading projects from concept through delivery
  • You are a proactive leader and do not require handholding
  • Strong knowledge of London planning, feasibility analysis, and budgeting
  • Comfortable managing teams, consultants, and multiple stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially minded
  • MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, or equivalent (preferred, not essential)
