Are you experienced working with challenging behaviour and special needs? Are you interested in supporting mental health within your community? A fantastic secondary school in the Bicester area are looking for a behaviour support teaching assistant to join them ASAP. This is a perfect opportunity for a graduate or experienced teaching assistant who is looking to develop their experience with Special Educational Needs and Behaviour Disorders.
The position will be working 1:1 with pupils with Special Needs and Challenging Behaviour in the school. The Behaviour Support Assistant will have the opportunity to work closely with young people with mental health difficulties, challenging behaviour and learning disabilities such as Autism.
