About Us: Countrywide Roofing & Insulation is a fast-growing, reactive service company in the roofing and insulation industry. We’re passionate about delivering quality work and are now looking to bring in a bookkeeper who can help us streamline our operations and support better decision-making through data and insight.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Assessing our current bookkeeping processes and advising how many days per week are required to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines
  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero and Monday CRM
  • Providing weekly financial feedback to directors, including:
  • Roofing project P&L reports
  • Material spend analysis
  • Payroll and contractor payments
  • Collaborating with installers to log receipts and track job costs
  • Setting up and refining financial systems and controls to improve efficiency
  • Leading a challenge to reduce operational costs by 10% across materials and installer spend for 2025/2026
  • What We’re Looking For:

    • High-level experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a construction or service-based business
    • Proficiency in Xero and Monday CRM
    • Ability to create, implement, and manage financial processes
    • Strong communication skills – able to present financial insights clearly to directors and team members
    • Proactive and process-driven, with a passion for problem-solving and cost-saving
