About Us: Countrywide Roofing & Insulation is a fast-growing, reactive service company in the roofing and insulation industry. We’re passionate about delivering quality work and are now looking to bring in a bookkeeper who can help us streamline our operations and support better decision-making through data and insight.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assessing our current bookkeeping processes and advising how many days per week are required to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines
- Managing day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero and Monday CRM
- Providing weekly financial feedback to directors, including:
- Roofing project P&L reports
- Material spend analysis
- Payroll and contractor payments
What We’re Looking For:
- High-level experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a construction or service-based business
- Proficiency in Xero and Monday CRM
- Ability to create, implement, and manage financial processes
- Strong communication skills – able to present financial insights clearly to directors and team members
